Hey there, I'm Olivia, an aspiring visual development & story artist!

I use deviantart primarily for arpgs, while a wider variety of work can be found on my other socials :)

I'm also a game dev, and have some released games on itch, along with Arcanima (released on the Google Play Store!)

My DMs are always open, feel free to say hello, or if you've got a project or commission I'd be a fit for, hit me up!

I do not support AI art! AI is trained by stealing art from REAL artists, and any subset of this is theft!

There's no need to thank me for llamas, favorites, or watches!

I'm glad you appreciate it, but in advance, YOU'RE WELCOME !

hi! I have a question regarding EBC’s character co-ownership:

i read through the contract but i didn’t see a case for if the 2 parties concerned is creating the cat together..? I’m making a tryout cub with @CatwardTheGreat, but the contract refers to sharing a character that was created by one person.

hi there!

so the contract can only be started once the character is in the group already, so technically speaking one of you would need to be the person to submit them!

but, as I'm sure you see, there's a lot of nitty gritty in terms of definition, from design, to original concept, to rights and so on. even when both parties were involved in creating the character, we do have to assign ownership to each aspect (we actually have a contract going on currently that is that exact scenario!) this is so that in the case of dissolution, we know who gets what. also, at any point you guys are free to let us know you'd like to change part of the contract (which could be swapping who has what). It is definitely very complex but I hope that helps! If you have any other questions though I'm happy to try and work you through them :)

Thank you, what marvelous work you have here!

As for that other thing, this individual sent me a link that would, if I did not edit it, have me automatically subscribe to his YouTube channel, and the channel itself seemed to be some sort of travel deal ... it would not surprise me if he was paid for subscriptions.

That individual wasn't an artist in my opinion, but you most definitely are! I've added your magnificent work to my watch!

Additional: I'm a massive fan of Red Dead Redemption 2 and am in the process of writing and illustrating a book for new players.

Thanks, I appreciate it! And yeah I got a similar message (which brought me here lol). It's definitely just a sketchy way to trick people into following them...

You've got some interesting tech stuff there, and very cool about the book!

Thank you. Back in the very late seventies I began designing spaceships because its my bag. Anyway, I did some writing too, and worked out a universe for a story and well, it developed from there. The designs are based on how technology was presented in the late seventies, early eighties - movies like ALIEN, Star Wars (although I don't like to be associated with that franchise), Moon 44, Outland ... the age of classic kit-bashing as we call it in the trade to make believable looking spaceships, technologies, and vehicles.

As and when I can arrange a publisher, I'll put a notice on my account. I'm really not about the money, wealth does not interest me but it is a means to an end and would pay for the groceries. It's about firing the imagination of other would-be starship designers who don't feel compelled to copy and duplicate Star Wars, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, or indeed the mainstream science fiction of the past fifty years.

thank you for the favourite
